Q. When will my goods arrive?
All standard orders are normally processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days (subject to stock availability). If you're ordering from the UK your goods should be with you within a week. Goods shipped outside the UK are dispatched via Registered Express Airmail and should take around 7 - 14 days depending on your location. In all cases please allow up to a maximum of 28 days.
If an item is out of stock or there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will endeavour to let you know at the earliest opportunity.

Q. What is "Express Delivery"?
When you choose our "Express Delivery" option (UK only) your order is given priority processing and every effort is made to dispatch it the same day. However, the service can vary depending on when you place your order. So here's the lowdown on exactly what you can expect when you choose Express Delivery..
Monday - Thursday
Orders placed before 12.00 Noon - Normally delivered the next working Day, or within 2 working days maximum.
Orders placed after 12.00 Noon - Normally delivered within 2 working days, 3 working days max.
Orders placed before 12.00 Noon - Will be dispatched the same day and can generally be expected (but not guaranteed) to arrive the next day (Saturday).
Orders placed after 12.00 Noon - Will receive top priority the next working day (Monday), for delivery the following day (Tuesday).
Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays
Express orders placed during weekends and on UK Bank Holidays will receive top priority the next working day, for delivery the following day.
All express orders require a signature on delivery.
Please note that whilst we make every effort to deliver Express Orders within the timeframes outlined above, we cannot guarantee them or prevent delays occurring en-route. However, you can be assured that your order will be treated as top priority and that we will make every effort to get it to you within the stated times, if not sooner.

Q. The status of my order says "Sent for dispatch"..what does it mean?
This is the final stage of processing before shipping. It means that your order has been cleared and is being packed and prepared to be shipped, usually that day. Once your order has actually shipped the status will change to "Dispatched". Please note however that we update the status of your order manually and it can take up to 24 hours for updates to appear ..or even longer at weekends and busy times.
So if your order status says "Sent for dispatch", you can be confident that it's about to be shipped ..or it's even already on it's way![Back To Top]
Q. Where’s my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, so most likely it's on it's way. However, if you haven't received your items within 10 days (UK orders) or 14 days (outside UK) and you haven’t been notified by us of any delays, please contact us and we will track it down.[Back To Top]
Q. I've received my order but an item is missing from it.
We currently have two warehouses in two different locations. Whilst we try our best to dispatch all items in one shipment, occasionally due to stock levels we have to split the shipment between warehouses. If you only receive part or your order it’s more than likely that the other item is on it’s way separately. If you've only received part of your order and the balance hasn't arrived within a couple of days please contact us. [Back To Top]
