Q. I bought an item but i'm not happy with it, can i return it for exchange/refund?
If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange it or offer a refund, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase.

Q. I bought/received one of your products over 14 days ago but now i've changed my mind, can I return it?
Sorry but you left it too late. Our standard guarantee allows a generous 14 day period (see above) in which to return any items you don't wish to keep. Purchased items cannot be exchanged or refunded once the 14 day period has expired, unless under exceptional circumstances and notwithstanding your statutory rights.[Back To Top]
