Returning an item

Q.  Can I still exchange or return an item I bought/received for Christmas?
Sorry, you left it too late. Our extended returns offer for items purchased in December ended on Jan 15th. We are no longer accepting returns and exchanges outside the standard 14 day period (see below).

Q.  I bought an item but it's not suitable, can i exchange it?
If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange it, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition, along with proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a returns authorisation and our (UK) freepost returns address.

In all cases proof of purchase is required.

Q.  I've received the wrong item
It's very rare, but we're not too big to admit that we're only human and that occasionally we make the odd mistake. If you find that we've sent you the wrong item please contact us and we'll take swift action to arrange the return of the item and replace it with the correct one.

Q.  I bought/received one of your products over 14 days ago but now i've changed my mind, can I return it?
Sorry but you left it too late. Our standard guarantee allows a generous 14 day period (see above) in which to return any items you don't wish to keep. Purchased items cannot be exchanged or refunded once the 14 day period has expired, unless under exceptional circumstances and notwithstanding your statutory rights.
