Q. What's your returns policy?
If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange or refund it provided you inform us within 14 days of purchase, after which you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with tags and labels intact. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
At Christmas our returns period is extended. If your purchase was during the month of December you have until 14th January to inform us of any item you wish to return.
Please contact us before returning an item to obtain a returns authorisation and details of our returns address.

Q. I've received the wrong item
It's very rare, but we're not too big to admit that we're only human and that occasionally we make the odd mistake. If you find that we've sent you the wrong item please contact us and we'll take swift action to arrange the return of the item and replace it with the correct one. [Back To Top]
Q. I bought/received one of your products over 14 days ago but now i've changed my mind, can I return it?
Sorry but you left it too late. You must inform us within 14 days if you wish to return any items you don't wish to keep. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded once the 14 day period has expired, unless under exceptional circumstances and notwithstanding your statutory rights.[Back To Top]
