We've extended our returns policy for items purchased during the Christmas shopping period. Any item you purchase in December 2012 can be returned for a refund or exchange right up until 14th January 2013, provided the item has not been worn or washed and is returned in it's original condition. However, please keep in mind that the postal and courier services are very busy during the Christmas run-up so please do try and allow a little extra time for delivery than at other times of year.
