Orders are normally processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days, dependent on immediate stock availability and the volume of orders we're currently processing. If you're ordering in the UK your goods should be with you in 5-7 days depending which shipping service you choose. Goods shipped outside the UK are shipped via a Royal Mail International tracked service and should take around 7-14 days but may take longer depending on the efficiency of customs processing and the postal service in your country (which are beyond our control).
